Any cancellations or reschedules made within 24 hours of your appointment will result in a 30% fee of whatever services you booked for. A 100% fee is collected for any no shows or cancellations within 5 hours of your appointment. Late appointments are accepted depending on if a service can still be fit in, however you will still be charged for everything you booked for even if time does not permit all of those services to be done.
